Lags of aluminium

The aluminium carriers are produced with accurate dimensions according to the customers' requirements for all types of tearing machines. We provide them with the respective mounting holes.

Adapted to the material our optimized processing techniques guarantee a safe hold of the pins. Thanks to the modern CNC technique pin arrangement and angle correspond exactly with the requirements of our customers.

Pins up to a diameter of 3 mm can be pressed in. Pins with an embossment (swelling) are used for an optimal solidity in the aluminium material. At a bigger pin density or diameter this kind of fastening is no more possible since the lag deforms too much due to the material displacement by the pins. At these applications the pins must be stuck in. Due to the use of suited adhesives and an optimized production process we are able to guarantee the excellent durability of our stuck in pins. If highest precision and absolute safety are claimed to avoid that the pins fall out, we stuck in pins with heads. These pins cannot fall out forward through the hole even if the adhesive has been damaged.
